What is DISC?


A person’s behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. In other words, much of our behavior comes from “nature” (inherent), and much comes from “nurture” (our upbringing). It is the universal language of “how we act,” or our observable human behavior. ” DISC”  measures four dimensions of normal behavior. They are:

  • how you respond to problems and challenges.
  • how you influence others to your point of view
  • how you respond to the pace of the environment
  • how you respond to rules and procedures set by others.

Belinda MJ Brown is a certified DISC trainer. She holds two TTI Success Insights certifications. She is Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Motivator Analyst and has been using DISC with her clients since 2012.

Belinda’s extensive background and experience has proven to be of extreme value for her clients. Some of her work consists of debunking myths and addressing real challenges encountered by her clients in the corporate environment.
