Belinda MJ. Brown is an international speaker, certified executive coach and women success expert. She founded her global coaching and training practice, Equanimity Executive in 2011 to assist diverse and emerging leaders, executives and their global organizations,successfully enhance their performance in a wide range of areas including personal transformation, culture change and organizational development. She inspired hundreds of her clients to choose to lead from a place of awareness to empower others to take responsibility for their own career and life path. Some of her work consists of debunking myths and addressing real challenges encountered by her clients in the corporate environment.
Belinda brings to her executive and leadership coaching an extensive experience across multiple industries: retail, automotive, services and hospitality. In addition to her coaching certifications, Belinda spent over 15 years occupying leadership positions in top 500 Fortune in the US (Brambles, Disney…) and Top 40 companies in France (Renault, Carrefour…), mostly in highly male dominated industries. This experience makes her to easily relate with her clients and understand their personal and corporate challenges as leaders. She also developed an expertise in feminine leadership and diversity in general because she noticed how much it enables organizations to thrive and sustain extraordinary results while profiting the community and the world at large.

She also maintains the following professional certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Evan Roth assists executives, boards of directors, management teams and high potential leaders to succeed in all facets of business performance. He is known as the executive coach who “serves the few who influence the many.” He brings 30 years of business experience into every coaching and consulting assignment, knowing that focus on results and pragmatism are essential to success. His goal is for clients to thrive in the corporate world.
His coaching approach is tailored to the unique needs of the individual or group and has included assignments related to executive effectiveness, emotional intelligence, goal attainment, team dynamics, change management, energy leadership, and conflict management among others. He is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and an Associate Certified Coach under the International Coach Federation. He is also EQi2.0 certified in Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Dynamics Profile certified. Speaker & Trainer
Dale Lind is a speaking and leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, and has served as a controller and administrator. He has held several corporate positions including Vice President of Human Resources, Regional Director of Operations. Most recently he served for nearly 20 years as president and CEO of Waterman Communities Inc. of Mount Dora Florida. Currently he is a speaker, emotional intelligence facilitator and consultant.
Dale’s greatest strength as a presenter lies in his experience as a health care management professional. For more than 30 Years he has faced the same challenges each participant faces. The solutions he offers are experience based and have been developed and tested in leadership positions throughout his career.
Dale earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York.
Since 1990, Dale has been a regular presenter on the seminar circuit. His topics, presented with energy and humor, cover all areas of human resource management.

In that capacity, I experienced minimal turnover and retained top talent, ultimately allowing my company to reach its objectives while ensuring employee satisfaction.
